Reviews of Bad Harvest Barn

  • "Our annual get-together of twenty business leaders were looking for a venue in the Wye Valley and were pleased to find Lower Blakemere Farm. Having the seclusion of a rural setting to walk around is definitely a bonus over the usual business estate. The car parking and signs were good, with a reasonable amount of concrete (for a farm). The small period barn was both very usable and homely. We used their capable tech facilities, having a continually open line to other members on Zoom. The meeting room had a small separate kitchen which was perfect as food could be brought into us without disturbing the meeting.. Finally, the quality of food and service was outstanding and we’ll definitely go back. ”

  • "The Bad Harvest Barn meeting room was the perfect venue for the recent meeting of Herefordshire Rural Hub’s steering group. We were able to take advantage of the excellent on-line facilities when one of our members was able to join us virtually from his lambing shed. This beautifully restored barn is ideal for off-site meetings, training events and other functions."

  • "We used Bad Harvest Barn for a meeting between local farmers and it was the perfect space for the group. It’s done beautifully and the layout and flow of the space is ideal and practical for welcoming guests in before they go through to the main room. It was also great at lunch time to have the food in one room and seating the other. Car parking and bathroom facilities were also excellent. Overall, a very well thought out space with lovely finishing touches that really make it."
